What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, phone), project information you post, messages and files you share on the platform, and payment records needed to operate escrow. Payment credentials (card numbers, bank logins) are handled by our payment processors and never touch Voli's servers.
How we use it
To run your projects: matching buyers and contractors, holding and releasing escrow, generating pricing analysis, and mediating disputes using the documented project record. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Service providers that make Voli work — payment processing (Stripe), hosting, and AI analysis — each bound to use data only to provide their service. Project messages and files are visible to the other party on your project, and to Voli staff, who can access project records to operate the platform, provide support, and mediate disputes.
Your choices
You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@voli.us. Records tied to active escrow or open disputes are retained until those conclude, as required for the protection of both parties.
